Nerve Test / EMG
Some of the most common conditions for which patients need a Nerve test / EMG are Carpal tunnel syndrome, Sciatica, Peripheral Neuropathy, Mononeuropathy and Cervical Radiculopathy. Other less common conditions include myopathy, ALS, etc.
A neurological consultation is required before the test can be scheduled unless you have already been evaluated by a neurologist and were referred by them for the test.
